Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-demand periods or new product launches, processing may take slightly longer, but we’ll always keep you informed.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently ship within the United States and offer the following options:

  • Standard (USPS First Class)3–6 business days $5.95

  • Free on orders $150+

  • Please note that delivery times begin after your order is processed and shipped.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam or promotions folder.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship only within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time—but stay tuned!

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order is in the hands of the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or issues caused by the shipping provider. However, we’re happy to assist you in filing a claim or tracking down your shipment—just reach out to us at hello@isla-sol.com.

Incorrect Shipping Info

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Isla Sol is not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address due to customer error.
